The Lightness of Being & Holistic Healing Center holds special events, yoga workshops & retreats in a hyggelig little studio filled with warm brilliant white light and wonderful healing energies as well as at locations encompassing the Earth.

Other offerings are Native American Sweat Ceremonies and Reiki Therapy. Strongly inspired by contemporary naturopathic and herbal therapies, the vision of The Lightness of Being & Holistic Healing Center is to connect Eastern and Western medicines through solid clinical research within the healing art form of yoga therapy, herbal medicine and the body-mind-spirit interconnection.

Private clientele (individuals, groups, studio proprietors, wellness centers) welcome for offerings in private yoga instruction, weekend workshops and worldwide retreats as well as natural healing via Native American sweat ceremonies and Intensive Reiki Therapy.
