HOW LIFE MOVES - A Deepening into Yoga Somatics Practice.

In this 3 hour workshop, you will have the opportunity to explore the natural bio-movements of life such as pulsation, waves and spirals and how Yoga Asanas can emerge EFFORTLESSLY from life movements. Somatics implies one's own perception of their own body and movement in world around them.

Ateeka is the founder of Yoga Somatics and author of the book Love Is Under My Skin. With over 20 years of extensive background in traditional yoga studies and practice, she has arrived at a way of sharing yoga that is immediate and fluid and experiential.

The workshop is taught in English and open to all curious and open minded people of any level of yoga experience.
