Yoga & Meditation Retreat in Iceland

It is a great pleasure to invite you to my second winter retreat in Iceland. It will be four wonderful days with lots of yoga, meditation, stunning nature, hot springs, great food and wonderful company. 

This retreat is for you - to care for yourself in a way that deeply nourishes and heals. It's an invitation to turn inward for an exploration of your inner landscape and the deep truths in your heart. The darkness and cold of the winter season is a nourishing, fortifying time that invites us all to slow down, rebuild and restore our resources. Therefore, going away on a retreat, can be the best gift you can treat yourself with. Take time off away from duties and responsibilities of the domestic life and enjoy time with yourself and your practice.

We retreat in the embrace of natural beauty, geothermal hot-springs, natural steam baths and solitude. 4 days with yoga, meditation, healthy food, community and lots of time to explore! Laugarvatn is located 1 hour outside of Reykjavik and offers us the perfect location to enjoy all the best of Iceland. 
We stay at Héraðskólinn, a beautiful old boarding school, completely renovated in 2013. Every day you'll meditate, do lots of yoga, be served three healthy meals including vegetarian choices and have access to the fantastic Fontana Spa & Wellness Centre. 
During the retreat we've planned two sightseeing tours to give you an opportunity to enjoy a few of the spectacular nature-gems of Iceland.  

Full daily schedule is provided two weeks before the retreat takes place.

The included tours are subject to change but may include following:
Tour to Gullfoss, Geysir and Thingvalla
Nigthbathing in a natural hot spring pool at Flúðir
