Iyengar Yoga Retreat in Mexico

Mar de Jade -- nestled on the Pacific coast of Mexico between the stunning blue-green sea and lush tropical mountainside of Chacala Beach -- is surrounded by natural beauty and absolute tranquility. It is the ideal location to rest, recharge, and deepen your yoga practice.

Join me for a seven-day retreat in his magical place, only 90 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta by car. I will teach two yoga classes each day in an inspiring studio with a full rope wall - an active asana practice in the morning and a restorative pranayama practice in the evening, both suitable for all levels. If you have any physical issues or injuries, it is a good opportunity to work with a teacher who can help you understand and work with them.
 
In addition to three delicious meals each day, there will be plenty of time to indulge in spa treatments, take part in activities like swimming and hiking, cultural excursions, or simply relax and enjoy the surroundings.

This will be my fifth year at Mar de Jade. It is an extraordinary community; proceeds from the retreat center go to support local community projects, including regeneration of the land via Mar de Jade's organic farm, and a school for local children. Please see the video below for more information.
