YOGA RETREAT ITALY

Join our yoga retreat to the heart of the Italian countryside near Rome.

During this retreat we'll be exploring the 7 chakras – beginning with the first (the root chakra) and ending with the seventh (crown chakra) on the last day.

With kundalini and yin yoga, chanting, meditation and visualisation we'll remove energy blocks and strengthen each chakra, to balance the physical and energetic body.

There will also be time to visit the beautiful city of Rome, only 40 min. away. The trip to Rome is optional.

Your yoga teachers will be: Agnieszka Bera and Anne Goncalves.

All classes will be in English, but both of us speak Danish as well.
