Have you never tried yoga before? Are you super curious to see for your self what all the fuss is about? Would you like to learn the yoga-basics from scratch? Or are you looking to freshen up or go through some of the fundamental principles of for instance the sun salutation? Maybe you want to work on your alignment? Then this workshop is for you…  At this beginners workshop, we will take our time exploring the most important poses and techniques and you will be learn some of the basic ideas behind the practice of yoga. After this workshop with Eva, you will have no problem following a regular hatha or vinyasa class. You are also welcome to join if you are already joining classes, but are looking to go deeper into your practice or better your technique.
